Great location and friendly and very helpful staff on Reception.
Room was comfortable and the shower worked well
The room was rather dark and we did not like the double basins in the room at a strange height. We prefer everything to be in the bathroom.

Great location, friendly staff, makes a visit to Madrid a delight.
Fantastic location - right near many fab bars & restaurants. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great room at the back of the hotel that was quiet. Lovely breakfast included.
Coffee was aweful. Didn't like the long life milk that they provided. Seems long life milk is on offer everywhere in Spain.

wonderful stay in a great location
Wonderful staff. were very helpful on several occasions. good location, great breakfast, comfy rooms. excellent stay 8 mins. walk from the Prado and the Plaza Mayor.
something should be done about the elevators - they close too abruptly. i saw a handicapped person and a small child who both were hit by the elevator doors.
